Refund & Returns Policy

Mobile Phone Corner Ltd wants you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Right to cancel (distance sales)

2. Returning the item

• You must return the item within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and complete with all packaging, accessories and documentation.
• Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• We recommend using a tracked service; we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will refund the price you paid using the original payment method within 14 days. If the item shows signs of use beyond what was necessary to examine it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or repair. We will cover return postage in these cases.

5. Items that cannot be returned

• Sealed audio products (e.g. earbuds) once the seal has been broken on hygiene grounds.
• Items personalised or made to your specification.
• SIM cards or top-up vouchers once activated.

7. Manufacturer warranty

Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty in addition to your statutory rights. We will help you with warranty claims where possible.
